Currently, alongside Ekaterina, who no longer personally conducts candidate searches, consultants, project managers, and analysts work across areas such as E-commerce, Finance & HR, Marketing & Media, Product & Design, IT & Data, and more.

The team specializes in filling strategically important roles, including CEO, CEO-1/-2 positions, as well as complex and highly specialized roles within companies.
Currently, the Benchmark team is developing its own interview methodology, which will enable even junior employees to gather information on a candidate’s competencies without spending 1.5–2 hours on the process.
To identify target candidates according to a client’s needs, the Be-EXEC team:
  • Conducts a detailed study of the client company’s market, including salary levels, key requirements, and general responsibilities, and shares these insights with the client.

  • Uses competency-based and structured interviews in their approach, which allows them to find the candidate best suited not only to the job requirements but also to the company’s cultural code.

  • Collects references for each candidate.

  • Not only selects suitable candidates for the client company but also provides post-placement support for the placed candidate.
