The HR branding process at Benchmark consists of:
Initial preparation and research

    Our consultants conduct interviews with hiring managers and current employees of the company. This is how we form the EVP — Employee Value Proposition — this is a list of values that the company can offer candidates which illustrates its corporate culture.

    Alongside with it, we make a content analysis to find out what is written about a company. We investigate controversies that have to be leveled out.

    Optionally, we offer an additional analysis of the company's image among candidates — we interview 30-50 relevant specialists from the job market.

    Next, we choose the people who will represent the company within the media — usually for startups it is a founder, whereas for large companies it is a hiring manager. Then, we write a speaker's profile — a representation of this person for the media.

    After that, we draw up two key documents: a media list that will show a list of the media where we find it important to post information about the company, and a media plan — tactical actions, when, where and how we will represent the company.
