An advertising platform that buys online apps and social media ads has asked for help in finding a CTO. The founder, who was responsible for the product and development, went out of business after the sale of the company.

When selecting candidates, the requirements for experience and skills were taken into account:

A CTO with knowledge of the advertising industry is a rare combination, there are only 15-20 such specialists on the market. There are even fewer professionals with strong managerial experience. At the same time, just a few of them are ready to move to a new position in a limited time frame.

We have compiled market maps - collected relevant companies and the best candidates into a single list. This helped to find all the suitable specialists and not to miss those who can perfectly suit the role, but aren't currently submitting a resume.
In total, we found 30 candidates for the role of CTO, of which, after internal interviews, we presented 15 candidates to the client. He chose 5 people for a personal interview, one candidate received an offer.
